QUALITY POLICY
TOPECA's main mission is to develop, produce and sell products for civil construction. It intends to classify itself as a reference company in the industrial mortars market. For this, it undertakes to fulfill and ensure the satisfaction of its Customers and establish lasting relationships with them.
It is the purpose of TOPECA:
• Develop, produce and market products and services that adapt to the Customer's needs and expectations, and that meet market trends, respecting all legal, regulatory and regulatory requirements applicable to the sector of activity;

Suppliers are evaluated and selected according to a set of characteristics, in order to guarantee the quality of the raw materials incorporated in the manufacturing process.
Before being accepted, the raw materials are carefully selected through laboratory analyses.
They are stored under controlled conditions, according to the respective Safety Data Sheets, in order to avoid accidents, contamination or even degradation.

Those received through this site are processed automatically for an even faster response.
Cargo management is done through a computer program, supported by an optical reading system that allows greater rigor in cargo control and product traceability.
Finally, the order is delivered to the customer.
